After multiple changes of its lead actor and title, Major Ravi is finally set for his next project. The Keerthichakra director has roped in Mohanlal to star in the film that is now titled Karmayodha, as confirmed by the superstar on a social networking site. The film was earlier titled Raksha, before it was named The Chase. But the team seems to have finalised on Karmayodha for the same. Similarly, its lead actor was also changed twice with both Biju Menon and Suresh Gopi being attached to the project earlier.

Ravi had earlier told us that the title The Chase would be tentative but denounced that the project was in any way similar to Raksha. However, a source close to the director says that there has been no major change in the cast or storyline, except that there were a few additions when Mohanlal was signed up for it.

“The new title is to give the project a fresh feel as so much has been discussed about Raksha already that it seems like an old film even before it has been filmed. Ravi hopes the new title with Mohanlal in the lead would renew interest," says thesource.
Interestingly, Karmayodha would also extend Ravi-Mohanlal team's affinity to the letter 'K' after Keerthichakra, Kurukshetra and Kandahar.
