What was the original budget?

When Casanova was announced, thebudget was quoted at around 10 Crores (not verified). However, since then, the budget has been seen as shooting up. Many forums and blogs have been mentioning the budget to be between 25 and 30 Crores.

What’s the budget now?

At this point we are not sure what the budget of Casanova is. All what we know is it’s going to be a mega budget movie particularly as director Roshan Andrews has hinted that only big companies like Confident Group can bare these kind of budgets.

What does Dr. Roy CJ say?
In an interview, producer, Dr Roy had confirmed that Casanova is going to be the highest budget movie ever in the Malayalam industry. The budget is changing every day; it has been revised several times. As of today it is about 17 crore rupees but we don’t want to make any compromises on quality.
