HONORARY LIEUTENANT COLONEL :

Mohanlal has been honoured with the title of Lieutenant colonel by the Indian Army on 9th July 2009

HONORARY DOCTORATE

The Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit conferred honorary doctorate to Mohanlal at a special convocation held at the Kalady University campus on March 16th 2010 for his contributions to sanskrit having enacted the Sanskrit play Karnabharam with utmost ease and perfection.

PADMASREE
